The Jane M. Klausman (JMK) Women in Business Scholarship program helps women pursue undergraduate and master’s degrees in business management and overcome gender barriers from the classroom to the boardroom.

The award is administered in Western Australia by the Zonta Club of Perth Northern Suburbs.
Completing one Application Form provides two award opportunities
- Area 3 Level: All the Zonta clubs in Western Australia have combined to provide an ‘Area 3’ level of this award valued at AUS$1,500.
- International Level: The successful application is forwarded to Zonta International to be considered for one of 37 additional US$5,000 ‘International’ awards.
Congratulations go to the 2021 Jane M. Klausman Area 3 award winner, Tayla Ayling. Following her undergraduate degree in Commerce completed at the University of Western Australia, Tayla
enrolled in a Master of Commerce, majoring in Supply Chain Management, which she is currently studying at Curtin University.
